Deposit policy

A €15 deposit is required to book an appointment at Swallowtail Tattoo.

The deposit can be paid through Venmo or by stopping by the shop to pay with cash/card.

The deposit does go towards the final cost of the tattoo and will be deducted during the appointment.

If the tattoo project requires multiple sessions then the deposit will be deducted from the final session.

All deposits are non-refundable.

If a deposit is put down and the client cancels within a 48 hour window or misses their appointment the deposit is forfeit. A new deposit would be required to book a new date.

If a client must cancel or reschedule and reaches out prior to 48 hours before their appointment the deposit may roll over to a new date as long as the new appointment is rescheduled within 2 months of their original appointment.

If the client is unable to reschedule within that time frame the deposit is forfeit.
